Zeolite is a natural mineral of volcanic origin. Its main component is clinoptilolite, which consists of trace elements, including: potassium, sodium, calcium, magnesium, iron. Zeolite is capable of absorption processes, is characterized by negatively charged ions, thanks to which it reacts with positively charged ions, neutralizing them.
Due to its extraordinary properties, it is used in many areas: absorption of heavy metals, dioxins, nitrogen, reduction of odors, binding of ammonium ions, for drinking water treatment and as the main component of various types of filters. It is therefore an excellent filter and binding substance.
Composition: 100% zeolite, including clinoptilolite > 84%, cristobalite 8%, clay 4%, plagioclase 3 - 4%, rutile 0.1 - 0.3%.
How to use: it has a very wide range of applications, including as an additive for composing your own cosmetics, for water filtration, etc.
